Boat! A Pirate Roguelike is a naval survival roguelike where you command a little ship with a simple ambition: stay afloat long enough to become everyone else’s problem.

Take the helm, work the sails, and line up your broadsides against enemy ships of different sizes and strengths. Wind and storms affect how your vessel handles, so positioning matters as much as firepower. A well-timed volley can win a fight. A bad turn can leave you watching your treasure sink.

Turn plunder into power

Recover treasure and cargo, earn upgrade choices, and shape your ship into something worth fearing. Improve your cannons, reload faster, repair your hull, or move into a larger vessel. Upgrade choices wait until you’re ready to claim them, keeping the action flowing.

Discover safe harbors among scattered islands. Dock to repair, trade, purchase refits, and pick up contracts before heading back into dangerous waters. Push your luck for another prize—or reach port while you still have a ship.
