Quick Patch - 0.7.1

Hey everyone!

So I received an email about some further Session issues. I feel pretty bad about not getting this sleeve right on like the third try, So this is to hopefully address that. I also fixed an issue where objects don't disappear when cancelling out of the import screen. This is a small patch, if you don't use the Session or import window an update to this version is not necessary.

Changelog:

• Changed: Session thin, thin with ND, and bolt variants should now actually have SD card access.
• Changed: Session thin with ND now has better clips for holding the ND filter in (hopefully).
• Fixed: Items from import screen not disappearing on cancel.
