Emergency Fix - 0.6.1 Experimental

@nasa_marty has identified a serious bug with the Runcam Thumb. in version 0.6 the Thumb sleeve wont actually export. I have gone ahead and pushed an experimental version 0.6.1 to remedy the issue. Also included in this fix is an independent base width feature, it is relatively untested but should work as expected. I recommend staying on 0.6 unless you are affected by this issue.
